This booklet contains an address given by Daniel Whittaker to an Association of Baptist Ministers in London in 1835 on the chosen subject of ‘the Nature and Design of Gospel Invitations’. Whittaker here speaks of ‘four sorts of Inviters in the religious world’. These he lists as Arminians, Baxterians, Inconsistent Calvinists and True Calvinists.
