Prayer meeting addresses.

Mr J. K. Popham was the highly esteemed pastor at Galeed Strict Baptist Chapel, Brighton from 1882 to 1937.  The greatest theme of his ministry was the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ, and as Mr Popham never wearied of setting Christ and His invitation to weary and heavy laden sinners, “Come unto Me”, before his hearers, so this book was entitled “Behold the Lamb” after the words of John the Baptist, “Behold the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world”. This book contains forty-one prayer meeting addresses which were taken down in shorthand, but have only relatively recently been transcribed.
