The ‘King James translator’s Bible.’ Since 1769 the KJV has been unchanged. Now Cambridge have collated the established KJV text together with the translators’ original work to endeavour to ‘clean up’ the text. Opportunity has also been taken to give consistent modern spelling throughout. Presentation has changed also – a single wider column with marginal notes, inset verse numbers, and indentation for poetry. With a modern typeface this is altogether a 21st century Bible.
